Exchanges, Returns, Refunds and Credit
Customer satisfaction has always been Maison Berger’s top priority and, as such, Maison Berger handles each query on an individual basis to the best of their ability. Before an item is packed and leaves Maison Berger’s warehouse, each item is carefully inspected to ensure no damages or defects are present at the time of shipment.
In the event, an item has been damaged during transit or if the item is defective (i.e. received damaged, porous bottle, metallic neck not set properly or manufacturing defect), please contact Maison Berger customer care at info@maison-berger.my within 7 business days from receiving your purchase. All items on sale are however NOT REFUNDABLE.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Maison Berger will replace items that were damaged during transit or broken when received. However, Maison Berger does not offer replacement or refunds on any items that have been open or used. Returns, refunds, or replacements of products for reasons other than defected or damaged incurred during transit will not be accepted. Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of an error from our side, a restocking fee of 10% may be charged.
